  3. Can anyone help me figure out how to peel this huge kombucha squash. I got all excited about making the squash curry here on this site but then I realized I wasnt really sure if I knew how to peel it. I am guessing that you would slice off the outside as thinly as possible with a knife. This kombucha is about as big as two bowling balls put together so using a potato peeler would be out of the question.

    • Hey Andrew,
      Peeling the kombucha isn’t the easiest task. I just cut the top and bottom off (so that it wouldn’t be rolling all over the place) and then just kind of hacked away. You could also just roast it with the peel on and just peel it off once it’s done roasting. But I don’t think there’s an easy way to do this. Just be careful not to cut yourself 🙂
